Ok, What are the specs on the computer(s) you use?
here's what I use:
1) Dell Latitude 800c 850Mhz 512Mb RAM 40GB drive WINXP - my work computer
2) AMD 1900+ 1.67GHz matches a p4 2ghz 512MB RAM 20,40,60,100GB drives WINXP (also a all-in-wonder TV tuner card. I basically use this as a Tv)
3) Toshiba 200MHz 64Mb RAM 2GB WIN98
4) Apple G4 450Mhz 256Mb RAM 10GB drive OSX

I think that's it. I think my work is upgrading the laptop to a 1.8GHz machine soon. I'm also looking to liquid cool the AMD 1900+ ($100-$200) and replace all the drives with 2-4 100GB western digital 8MB drives ($135 each).
I also back up all my photos on to my AMD and a 60GB Portable Drive

i have had my comp for a couple years and back then it was extremely powerful for a "normal" PC

i have a compaq 5000series with a 1.1 Ghz AMD athlon, 128mb RAM, 60 gig HD, 19 inch monitor, uhhhhh... yeah.. thats all the important stuff... i certainly plan on getting a comp thats atleast 3 times as powerful in the near future.

Also, I'm sololy 100% wireless with kb and mouse.
and I run a 21" monitor, but I'm going to be moving in may, they I'll have 2 21" monitors hooked up to one computer!
